Claim:
I was arrested and subsequently raided by MRPD. Upon my release and checking my property i noticed alot more than criminal assets missing. stuff such as pawnable items, computer motherboards ( perfectly legal items ) , my buckfast wine etc.
i have since been to MRPD to ask what assets was taken via the freedom of inofrmation, they have been unable to produce this and tell me what items they have taken, stating the raid isnt on their records.
Demand: I am looking to sue the force for potential theft
