I am filing a formal claim against LSPD for wrongful conduct, unlawful detention, and damages incurred as a result of their actions.
While exiting a garage in my $820,000 vehicle, I was wrongfully engaged by LSPD officers, who opened fire without warning. At no point was I involved in any active situation, nor was I made aware of any ongoing incident in the area.
As a direct result of this reckless use of force:
My vehicle sustained significant damage
I suffered severe emotional distress, including PTSD from being shot at.
I was unlawfully detained, placed in cuffs, and transported to jail without evidence
I was then held in a cell until I was forced to provide dashcam footage proving my innocence, at which point it became clear I had no involvement in the situation, they then released me and I was left stranded as they impounded my vehicle prior to transporting me to jail...

I am seeking full compensation for the following:

$40,000 – Vehicle damages and loss of use (Engine of $820,000 dollar ferarri)
$1000 - Wrongful Impounding of my Vehicle
$250,000 – Emotional distress and PTSD
$150,000 – Wrongful arrest and unlawful detention
