Claim:
We were arrested for a few crimes however there are issues with it. We got pulled over for speeding and then officers aimed at us and fired their guns, which led to us trying to flee and then protect ourselves. An officer claimed they were only aiming at our tyres, however all we heard was shooting.

I was also in the passenger seat and had no control on what the driver was doing.

The lawyer I spoke to said it would be a good arbitration case!
