Claim:
On December 20th, I received a phone call to my personal phone. It was an unknown individual stating he found a block of cocaine while fishing and wanted to turn it into the cops. I told him that he should throw it in the trash or put it back in the ocean. During this time Mr. Enzo Estella was in my vehicle with me. We arrived at the DOJ, and the individual showed up shortly after. The individual approached myself and Mr. Estella and at this time I asked Mr. Estella what he thought we should do. The individual went with Mr. Estella across the courtyard of the DOJ. Meanwhile I turned to a colleague and a client and began a conversation with them and before I knew it the individual had departed. On December 22nd a Drug observation agent approached me at my place of work (the DOJ) asked if we could speak, then stated I was under arrest, placed me in handcuffs, and escorted me to Rockford police department. I was charged with accessory to a felony, the DOAs claim was that I aided in the preparation in the sale of class 3 drugs.

Demand:
I am requesting that the charge of Accessory to a felony be dropped off of my record, my bar be reinstated, and compensation for the time I had to take a leave of absence.
