Claim:
This lawsuit is being made against the BCSO department to receive appropriate compensation for myself Ralf Rockefeller, Jimmy Crook, Poulo Dabs and Juergen Hartmann. As a summary from our perspective, we heard a call on the radio from our friend Teddy Buckshot claiming someone was threatening him. So me and the others mentioned hopped in a car and headed to the last known location of Teddy. Upon arrival we seen Teddy on the floor, as we drove passed the officer in the area (Deputy Campbell) decided to open fire popping multiple tires on our vehicle causing us to crash. Once immobilised we stopped and jumped out of the car and returned fire as we had seen our friend possibly dead and we returned fire as we had received no verbal warnings to leave the area. With no vehicle to remove ourselves from the area we returned fire as we felt our life was at risk and had no idea on the intention of the officer whether he was having some sort of mental crisis, possibly putting more lives other than our own at risk. Due to the excellent response time of the DOA agents the whole situation escalated into a massive gunfight which forced the situation into a point of no return. Juergen Hartmann is currently in a state of disarray and paranoia this situation has completly ruined his view on the BCSO. Personally I have seen him duck and run as a Sherriff passed us ,he has also turned himself into a complete pacifist refusing to even be near a holstered weapon.

Demand:
As compensation we would like our record cleaned of this incident as we believe it was self defence, also we would like the fines redacted and money for the damage caused to the car and our mental well being and time spent in prison. Also our gun license reinstated.
