Required Filing Fields

Plaintiff: State who you are (your full IC name and Discord handle).

Respondent: State who you are filing against (the defendant's IC name, department, or business).

Claim: Provide a short, factual summary of what happened and why you are taking legal action (maximum 200 words).

Self Rep: Select YES if you are representing yourself, or NO if you want legal representation. If you select NO, you may leave the lawyer's name blank if you are open to any available attorney claiming your case.

Demand: Specify the exact monetary damages or remedies you are requesting. Check the Civil Damages Schedule or speak with a lawyer to ensure your demand matches standard caps.

Evidence: All video clips, dashcam, bodycam, or documents MUST be uploaded and linked (Google Drive or Imgur) at the exact time of case submission.
