I was pulled over by two officers for allegedly speeding "60 in a 40" according to the officer. The officer started making physical comments about my appearance, then for his own comedic purposes, threw me off the bike I was driving, got on the bike with the other officer and started doing wheelies which damaged my bike. I beleive I was mistreated and I am now suffering physical and emotional damages because of it.

Demand:
Compensation for physical damage/bodily injury, damage for property, & psychological and emotional damages.

Witnesses: The other officer on scene.

Evidence: The officers bodycamera, and my bike's dashcamera.
