I did a store robbery but was charged with attempted murder and reckless driving, I was not the one who was driving and did not have a weapon besides the crowbar on me. The charges besides this I understand. But the two explained above should be reviewed as I wanted a lawyer present when I was charged and this made my prison sentance longer. I would like to get this disputed

The District Attorney's Office filed a Motion to Summary Judgement which was granted after extensive evidence proving that the case would be a waste of resources for the State. The Los Santos Police Department is found to be not liable for the claim of Wrong Charge.
