On 5/12/2026 I witnessed first hand what police brutality and abuse of power, I was passenger in a car when the police pulled us over, they claimed they saw the driver "handshake" but they said they didnt see me, when pulled over they told the driver to get out of the car as he was the suspect, the driver was cooperative and followed orders, they searched him and found no drugs or any illegal items in his pockets and he was let go, the main responding officer even said himself he isnt able to question or search the passengar (me) as no crime was witnessed, they proceeded to pull meout, searched me and found 15 bags of weed on me, they jailed me for 13 days , fined 15k and took my gun license.


Demand:
Full dismissal or reversal of all charges resulting from the unlawful search,
Removal of the criminal record associated with the incident,
Restoration of my firearm license,
Reimbursement/refund of the $15,000 fine,
Compensation for the 13 days jail sentence and any losses caused by the incident,
Compensation for emotional and psychological damages caused by the abuse of authority
