Claim:
LSPD failed to detain an armed aggressor after he robbed my friend and stole his truck. When I showed up to help my friend, LSPD detained me, but failed to detain the armed aggressor despite him driving my friend's stolen truck and both of us telling the officers he was armed and what he did. While I was detained and the aggressor was free, the aggressor got in my truck and stole my brand new Glock 17 out of my glove box and they refused to arrest him despite me telling them. I was terrified for my life and I was unable to defend myself while the officers refused to detain the individual that. I was told to leave the area and was not allowed to file a police report about it. Complaint was filed with LSPD.

Demand: Compensation for pain and suffering and reimbursement for stolen goods.
