Claim:
On the 29th of November the opening of Dynasty 8 me and multiple of my friends were waiting in line for a spot in the que to obtain a property, After a lengthy while eventually my friend Harry Bellic was contacted by a D8 agent in order to sell a property he was interested in near grapeseed O'Neil's farm. As soon as the Dynasty 8 agent arrived he immediately stated that the property Harry Bellic was interested in was not for sale for the following reason it being a commercial property. My Friend had no issue with this and was fine with the property not being sold to him. To add on another person tried to obtain the same property with a different agent and faced the same result as Harry Bellic, He was denied the sale of the property as again it was seen to be a commercial property and the agent once again did not bother to put in a evaluation request just like the first agent. Now to even add more. One of my other fellow friends known as Lux Fere also seemed to try and obtain the property as the rest of us and once again faced the exact same result to be denied the sale of the reasoning its a commercial property Furthermore, today I woke up from my slumber and received a call from Dynasty 8 to say that it was my turn in the que to purchase a property if I wanted to. I asked them once again about the same property regarding the one in Grapeseed next to O'Neil's farm only to find that the property was sold to somebody else, By a stroke of luck as I'm speaking to the Dynasty 8 agent the owners of said property exit out the warehouse and are surprised by our presence. By my sudden shock and surprise that people own the property after multiple people were denied the sale. I get to know them and speak to them and find out that a Agent by the name of Quincy Popeshaw had sold them the property and did everything with no problem only hours after Lux Fere was denied the sale of the warehouse for the reasoning of it being a commercial property. Only then that the Dynasty 8 agent I was with expressed the same shock and surprise I did to find out the property was sold to someone after he himself denied the sale to Lux Fere, Only later on does he realise his sudden mistake and admits that he didn't do his job correctly and forgot to put in a evaluation request. This not only shows the lack of professionalism but the basic lack to even do the job they are supposed to causing our time to be wasted and the jobs we need to do be affected.

Demand:
I am demanding for the parties to be held responsible and financial compensation for wasted time and faulty advertisement but also the hassle and stress, the loss of income as a result of D8's actions
