Claim:
On September 23rd, 2025, I was arrested by officers of the Los Santos Police Department on allegations of drug possession. I want to make it clear that at no point was I found with any drugs, paraphernalia, or contraband on my person. Nothing was in my pockets, nothing was on my clothing, and nothing was in my immediate possession.

The only connection the LSPD used against me was that someone I know — an acquaintance who had been using my vehicle — was later found with narcotics. I did not put those drugs in the car, I did not know they were there, and I had no involvement in that activity. Simply knowing someone, or allowing them to borrow my car, does not make me guilty of their choices.

This arrest was made without probable cause and without any physical evidence tying me to the alleged crime. As a result, I was wrongfully detained, accused of something I did not do, and my reputation has been damaged by being falsely labeled a criminal.

Because of this, I am seeking the dismissal of the drug possession charge against me and compensation for the emotional distress, financial loss, and damage to my reputation caused by this wrongful arrest.
