Plaintiff: Cameron Dash
Self Rep: no
Lawyer Name: N/A
Respondent: Sandy Shores Police department
Claim:
I was wrongfully stopped by a sheriff, in Sandy Shores, Two of my friends were in the mountains cooking meth, I happened to be by the repair shop when they came down the mountain. As i was fixing my car they got pulled over right behind me.
I went to drive away and a cop pulled me over for no reason. I pulled over to just get it over with cause i did nothing wrong, they told me to park next to my friends and so i did, they asked me to step out of the car and i refused, they did not give me a reason for the stop and demanded that i get out of my vehicle. I said that i don't feel safe and that i wont do that, i asked repeatedly what the stop for was and they were not answering me. I seen a weapon in their hand and they threatened to break my window, in fear i tried to leave. They followed in pursuit of me screaming over the radio that in quote "now we have a reason to stop you".
The three cops that arrested me, seen me earlier with them as my Friend Oakley said he needed to store some things in my vehicle. i drove by and let him do so. i did not check the contents of my truck bed as i was driving away and ran some errands, my tuck bed had 2 weapons, a respirator, and lab equipment. I mind you that i did not have any meth on my person nor in my truck.
The first time they stopped me i complied and they let me go when they saw us all together. Not to mention according to their statement, they seen the smoke from over the mountain. I was around very tall mountains and i didn't see the smoke when i was at the repair shop.
I believe they were stalking them and saw another individual. I seen a black truck with purple under glow fly by me and then turned off the under glow.
Demand:
I Demand 200,000 for Wrongly stopping me, Wrongly arresting me, Making me fear for my life, and making me stay in prison for 100 days, and fining me for $146,000.
