Complaint Type: General Dispute
Plaintiff: Rosco Reyes
Self Rep: no
Respondent: BCSO
Claim:
I Was in Grapeseed to deposit the profits i had maid from picking fruit at the local bank upon completing my transaction i turned away from the teller to walk out the door when 2 black sports cars pulled up and 4 people entered the bank 3 of which were armed one was dressed in a green shirt and mask one was in a turtle neck and the other was wearing a ski mask the 4th one was not armed and was being escorted into the bank at gunpoint the one in the turtle neck then pointed his gun in my face and said "2 hostages is better then 1 " and told me to get in the corner of the room and face the wall and i was instructed that if i moved or maid a sound i would be shot then after a short time the man in the turtleneck instructed me to go outside and get in the passenger seat of the black gtr that was outside and that i would be his "getaway insurance" but upon exiting the bank i heard him unlock the car so in a rush of desperation to flee from my hostage takers i jumped over the hood and got into the drivers seat and attempted to flee unfortunately the man in the turtle neck got into the passenger seat before i could pull away and then told me to drive as fast as i could and i then thought i had just committed gta because i didnt own this car and was driving at a high rate of speed so i complied with the order to drive given to me by the man that quite literally had a gun to my head we then got into a traffic collision where we were both ejected from the vehicle and were promptly arrested and taken to the hospital for treatment after we had recieved treatment we were taken to the local police department where i was informed i was going to be charged with bank robbery and taking a hostage i then tried to plead to the officers that i was a victim and not apart of the crew the man in the turtle neck was then trying to claim the same thing untill the officers said they had photo evidence of him holding someone at gun point (the 4th man i had mentioned earlier) upon hearing this he confessed that he was apart of the crew and i was in fact his hostage i must also add he said this in front of 2 officers one of which told me he had his body cam on while the other officer stated that his was dead and not operating at the time after hearing this though the officers and the assistant DA still wrongfully charged me with bank robbery and taking someone hostage the assistant DA did however start a case for me so if i chose to after the fact to file this lawsuit there would be a open file
Demand:
reinstatement of my weapons license and drivers license as well as full compensation of my fine and a additional 400k for pain suffering and mental trauma
Witnesses: must refer to the arrest report for the 2 officers that heard the confession
