C2-26 Jack winters arrest warrant to be issued on behalf of the District Attorneys office.

C2-26 Jack Winters is being charged with corruption

Officer C2-26 was rear ended by a vehicle in which he then performed a traffic stop, the Male who rear ended paid $500 dollars for repairs where C2-26 claimed that wasn't enough and demanded $5000 to make it go easy. When the victim of this abuse refused he was then arrested and charged Due to not paying the demanded amount from the officer which is a clear corruption case as he abused his power to attempt to take/steal money while on duty.

Demand: Fine and Arrest with the removal of his Job at LSPD
