Grievous bodily harm inflicted and excessive use of force by BCSO Deputy

I would like to file this lawsuit because of permanent bodily injury caused by excessive force from a BCSO Deputy. The deputy's call sign is S6-18|S. Roxton, Deputy Roxton threw two flashbangs at myself without cause whilst I was in the cells at Rockford PD. These flashbangs caused my ears to ring, I was then sent off to prison. Shortly after my arrival at prison the same Deputy arrived and harassed me from the gang way above the cafeteria after I said my ears where still ringing from the flashbangs prior. The Deputy the proceeded to throw a further five flashbangs in the span of one minute all whilst i was compliant and incarcerated, these flashbangs further damaged my hearing and vision leaving me with ringing in my ears as well as a sensitivity to light causing me to have to wear tinted goggles to be able to go about every day life. I believe the Deputy arriving shortly after myself as well as the continued targeting of myself shows malicious intent as well as extreme unprofessionalism by this Deputy. This event has left me with not only physical injuries but also mental trauma and a distrust to law enforcement.
