Claim:
On August 25th 2026, Plaintiff Chaz Reinhold was struck by a vehicle operated by an unknows BSCO officer with callsign S3-85. While riding his Pizza This moped northbound on Milton Road, said BSCO officer struck Mr. Reinhold from behind throwing him violently off his moped causing serious bodily harm. At the time of the collision, the BSCO officer with callsign S3-85 appeared to be responding to an emergency but was only utilizing their emergency lights but had not activated their siren. Mr. Reinhold was hospitalized with a herniated LS-S1 disc and needed surgery to address said injury to his lumbar spine.
Demand:
Plaintiff has incurred medical bills, lost income, and caused sever, permanent, and debilitating injuries to the spine. Plaintiff demands monetary compensation for said costs incurred as well as the continued pain and suffering from the incident outlined in the claim. Plaintiff also requests disciplinary actions to be taken against the unknown BSCO officer for their negligence as well as against their department as a whole for failing to train their deputies in safe driving practices.
