Claim:
I was running away from Deputies and Officers on Elysian Fields Bridge and someone started shooting at the Officers. I maintained running away whilst having my hands up to show I wasn't a threat to their lives. Whilst I was running with my hands in the air I was shot at. I had to put my hands down to bandage myself up and whilst I was doing so I was still being shot at. Shots continued until I was put down in cold blood. Whilst I was being processed it was explained to me only some shot but some didn't and one of the Deputies admitted I was non Lethal. Whilst one claimed I had aimed at them, (I didn't) at any point.
Demand:
Deputy and Officer Retraining in regards to use of force.
Monetary compensation for the pain and suffering from the Police Brutality.
