Claim:
While I was in the middle of landing my helicopter, police vehicles drove underneath my aircraft, creating an unsafe situation that forced me to immediately gain altitude to avoid a potential accident. Afterward, I proceeded to park safely on the helipad, where officers met me and detained me despite my compliance. I believe this detention was unlawful and occurred after I had safely secured the aircraft.

Demand:
Compensation for unlawful detention or violation of in-character civil rights.
A formal written apology from the police department.
Disciplinary action, retraining, or suspension of the officers involved.
Changes to police procedures regarding aircraft, helipads, and active landing zones.
Court costs and attorney's fees
Minor inconvenience / brief detention: $25,000–$100,000
