Arpi Jones VS BCSO
Posted: Mon Jun 08, 2026 10:28 pm
Complaint type: General Dispute
Plaintiff: Arpi Jones
Self Rep: No
Lawyer Name: N/A
Respondent: BCSO
Claim:
On 6/5/26 I was robbing a bank to that I am guilty, however... After being caught red handed they decided to charge me with multiple bank robberies that I didn't partake in, and that is the basis for my claim. I did not rob the banks they insist I did, and they claimed my clothing is what determined my guilt.. And I'm quite certain not every article of clothing was the same that seems very unlikely.. I had reported my car stolen to police that same day, and got a verbal confirmation that the police took not of my car being stolen. The disrespect and belittlement from the BCSO and their false claims of trying to pin all of these bank robberies onto me shows how far this cities law offices have fallen and frankly I expect a thorough investigation into this matter along with the charging officers full apology for the wrongful charges.
Demand:
Full dismissal or reversal of all charges resulting from the unlawful charges,
Removal of the criminal record associated with the incident,
Restoration of my firearm license,
Reimbursement/refund of the $57,000 fine.
Compensation for the 57 days jail sentence and any losses caused by the incident,
Compensation for emotional and psychological damages caused by the abuse of authority
Witnesses: Myself and Schmitty McDaniels.
Evidence: BCSO bodycams, BCSO car dashcam, my own dashcam footage.
