Claim:
On 5/9/2026 I was victimized in the custody of BCSO at MRPD by Blackshaw(Blackshow??)[Badge number 136] with Dean Caprio watching.

1. He hit me in my the face with his nightstick while I was defenseless and handcuffed. Blackshaw (Blackshow?) told Caprio to shut off his bodycam before he got a nightstick to beat me. He made me fear for my life

2. He also mentioned that he could make my sentence worse if I tried to do a lawsuit against him. He wanted me to fear his retaliation.

Demand: Restitution for my damaged face, and the psychological harm that BCSO has put me through.
