Complaint Type: Administrative Complaint

Plaintiff: Kimo Sabeh

Self Rep: yes

Respondent: Blaine county sheriff's office

Claim:
The Blaine county Sheriffs office is a lawless animal. I was Shot by a Cadet who was on Duty SOLO with no FTO present. This Cadet gave me the command to put my firearm away and i listened. Once the gun was secured in my waistband he Fired three shots and hit me twice. It was later found after the shooting that the Cadet was On duty without a FTO present and also driving a vehicle he was not authorized to use. Since that day the moment i hear sirens i flinch thinking he is still out there on the streets and someone else could be in danger as well. I know BCSO doesnt want this in the light because they let me off with no jail time and no fine to try and sweep it under the rug but i cant stay quiet.

Demand: I am looking to be compensated for my emotional trauma, PTSD and for my Injuries.

Witnesses: Unsure of the officers that were around.
