by Coco Loco
Complaint Type: Administrative Complaint

Plaintiff: Coco Loco

Self Rep: no

Lawyer Name: Robert Zane

Respondent: Los Santos Police Department

Claim:
While lawfully detained and handcuffed, I was photographed by an officer with two other present without my consent. This photograph were later posted to LifeInvader. While awaiting legal counsel, an officer repeated this conduct inside the lawyer room despite my objection. I was later denied legal representation by a department-stationed lawyer after my communications were relayed to police. I believe this constitutes harassment, intimidation, and a denial of due process.

Demand:
I am seeking appropriate relief including monetary compensation for emotional distress, formal apology from the department and a departmental review of officers conduct.

Witnesses: Robert Zane

Evidence: LifeInvader posts containing photograph and bodycam footage.
