Claim:
On the date of the incident, 11/25/2025 at the gas station on Palomino Freeway near the Ron station. I came out of the gas station and was placed under arrest. The officer then told me he was charging me with attempted store robbery. Another officer pulls up we exchanged words and became verbally hostile. Then the officer that pulled up says I wouldn't say it to his face in which I replied I would. The arresting officer by the name of C2-63 Damien Blackwell then pulls me out of the vehicle to say it to him at which time the other officer "Moto 1" punched me in the face while I was handcuffed. After which "Moto 1" drove off and I demanded name and badge number which the arresting officer refused to give. While at the police station I requested a lawyer and wanted to file charges against both officers. I was never read my rights no illegal stuff was found on me when questioned about the crowbar in my possession I replied I do construction work. I was told a lawyer was on the way a bit of time goes by, and he tells me all lawyers are busy on a case and will not be coming and to send me off to which he then sends me off with DOC. When released from prison I spoke to a lawyer by the name of Nix and he said they were not busy in that time frame of the arrest.

Demand:
I am demanding compensation from the LSPD for the excessive force/police brutality, wrongful charges, and misconduct. On top of that, I was never read my Miranda Rights at any point during detainment, questioning, or arrest. Because these actions caused injuries, jail time, and financial loss, I am requesting full reimbursement of my fine/impound fees and additional compensation for the damages I suffered. I expect the department to make this right immediately. Also demanding the body cam/squad cars cam and have the officers reprimanded for their conduct. I would also like the charge removed from my record.

Evidence:
No body cam of the officer assaulting me but I'm sure the officers should have it. But the incident occurred around 5:30 pm Eastern if they need it.

No evidence was provided about any of the claims but wrongful charges may be investigated via the relevant report and attached evidence. There is also no lawyer named Nix or anything close to it.
