I Jimmy Storm was medically treated and was asked if I would like morphine in which I refused and was still administered Morphine. Given my highly addictive personality and my refusal this is highly unprofessional from an employee of the SAMD

Demand: Financial Compensation, Rehabilitation and more training on refusal of pain killers on scene.

Witnesses: There was a LSPD officer on scene of the incident.

Complainant has dashcam video, which was too large of a file to post to this docket.
