Claim:
While clocked into EMS. I was taken hostage, my colleague hit their panic button & explained it over the radio.

She was ignored for 5 minutes, before being asked if she was OK. After letting them know her cadet was taken, they continued to ignore us on the radio for 10 minutes.

When she reached out again, she was told "You can find another cadet" She found the bank they had taken me too & reached out to the PD to let them know where I was - which they continued to ignore.

As soon as BSCO was available they came down from Sandy to try clear the bank which was occupied by 4 people in which he was alone. He managed to get me out of the bank unharmed. -

Demand: Compensation & PD being correctly educated on the situation.
